Vera - Prototype Class
Body
There is no specific changes with respect to the body of Vera. It is the same that was used since 2006. The material used for the body is carbon fiber as is light in weight and profile involves more of aerodynamic qualities, in order to avoid drag and other qualities. The body used is shown below.
Steering
The steering parts are replaced completely with new steering parts. The parts are made of light weight material, Carbon Fiber.
Engine
The engine that was used on the vera last year used a carburetor. This year this engine is replaced with a injector instead of a carburetor.
Transmission
The transmission system is changed completely this years on Vera. The Transmission that is designed is much more better and reliable than the previous transmission system.
Our goal again for this year is again to be the best among all the other teams that are competing and to provide a fuel efficient concept vehicle.
